This past Tuesday, July 13th, I was very honored to be recognized as one of the top forty business and community leaders under the age of 40 in the Springfield area.   While my involvement in the community is not done to get these types of awards, it's always nice to get some recognition.  I have always looked at success in this way:  Have I made our community a better place this day, this week, this month, and this year?  If so, I have succeeded.  It's not about dollars - it's about giving back to a community that has given me so much over the years.
